Who I am
I created BlissBelly to offer women a different kind of gut health coaching—one rooted in safety, rhythm, and gentle support.
I work with women who feel stuck in their digestion—struggling with chronic constipation, bloating, inflammation, and a gut that seems to shut down no matter what they try. Many of my clients have followed strict plans, eliminated entire food groups, and pushed their bodies for relief, only to feel more disconnected and frustrated.
My approach is different because I believe the body doesn't heal through force; it heals when it feels safe.
Through the BlissBelly method I developed, our work begins by calming the nervous system, restoring trust with your body, and creating consistent routines that allow digestion to flow naturally. I focus on understanding why your gut is holding on, not just how to make it move. I don’t believe in quick fixes or shame-based protocols. Instead, I guide you through a softer, body-first path to healing—one that honors your pace, history, and lived experience.
